It takes a very long time to receive anything from the Copyright Office and they charge 212.00 for a copy of the original drawing-but when I can afford it I will place the drawings in this site and others.

In the past every time that I got a copy of my copyright documents they were immediately stolen and destroyed by others who were trying to make all evidence of the copyright law violations disappear -
so I have inserted this document into several websites and emails so that it could not be destroyed and a permanent record could be kept

On the second page of the website shown on this banner is the original copyright for the Internet- if the FBI of that time had actually bothered to investigate they would have found out that I was telling the truth- instead they cost this country hundreds of billions of dollars in taxable revenues from David J Wards income- as an individual- because of their absolute dishonesty,incompetence,discriminatory practices,and negligence!! If they had investigated at that time and collected all of the moneys due to me and enforced the payment of copyright licensing fees up to this date, David J Ward would today be worth over One Trillion Dollars and the total climbing higher every day. David J Ward has the potential of becoming the richest person in recorded history or in the history of the human race and at one time was declared the poorest man in America!!

the original copyright for the internet basic preliminary design program was registered by personal appearance at the Copyright Office of the Library of Congress in Washington DC by

David J Ward as part of a design series copyrights registered on July-9+13-1984------my registered copyright documents were declared inadmissable evidence in a court of law by a us magistrate--specific markings of identification were embedded in my technical drawings-not because they served any purpose but for that specific purpose of identification just like the treasury department embeds markings in all currency-that not only serves to identify my drawings as mine but also tells me exactly where the drawings were stolen from as the markings were only embedded in the drawings that I produced in person while filing my copyright application while in the copyright office-these drawings with the markings were never produced anywhere else!!

About the latter part of June-1984 I hitchhiked all the way from Texas to WashingtonDC by way of Portland-Maine. While in WashingtonDC I stopped by the Library of Congress CopyrightOffice

and on July9+11 of 1984 I registered copyrights

for a series of designs including various spacecraft-civil engineering-astronomy and space navigation-

and also included a copyright for a study in interrelationships in computer communications-

also known as the internet-

the very next year to my shock and dismay

the first of many copyright violations occurred

and appeared on television on the tv show BattlestarGalactica for the design for the

Battlestar Colony ship-

after this came the new design series for the StarTrek Enterprise-and later

came the Voyager and the DeltaFlyer shuttle series-And in one of the StarTrek the movie series was shown a giant asteroid class spacecraft that also came from my portfolio-it shows the identical giant window designs-and about the same time-

I also include in the list of stolen design work-

TheLastStarfighter-for the Gunstar-

the spacecraft featured in RoboTech

the cartoon series showed the same identical

pencil marks as the designs in my portfolio-

The cover of SmithsonianMagazine showed a design for a new spaceplane that also showed the same identical pencil marks-which I had included in the original drawing as an identifying mark-

there is a whole list of tv shows and movies -cartoon shows etc-toys and models-

as well as a minisub manufacturer in Florida-

and GeneralMotors has won a solar powered car race across Australia using my design for a solar powered spacecraft as a car-which was intended to be a solar powered spacecraft-and was featured on the cover of PopularScience-

TheUSNavy is currently using new designs and navigation software programs-for surface vessels-aircraft carrier navigation systems- and for a floating island vessel design-that were also stolen from my design portfolio-

as witnessed by countless local prison guards who were my local neighbors-and are registered copyrights-and was also featured on the cover of PopularScience-

this includes the software programs in use around the world in telescope guidance systems -and spaceflight navigation simulations for the personal computer-

When I filed suit in the GalvestonDivision of the USDistrictCourt I was told that my lawsuit was frivolous and that my registered copyright document was inadmissable evidence in a USDistrictCourt for statutory criminal copyright violations-or for copyright violations monetary damages recovery--

I filed charges of obstruction of justice against the group of US Magistrates-and passed a motion before the US Senate impeachment committee to have these US Magistrates impeached for the deliberate-willing-and knowing-obstruction of justice-

as well as aiding and abeting in a series of Federal Class A Felony offenses by refusing to admit a Federal Document as admissable evidence in court for Federal Felony offense crimes-

and for indictment on bribery charges-as well as indictment on charges of coconspiracy and aiding and abeting in Class A Felony charges of treason-

industrial espionage by sabotage and arson-

maritime hijacking-violations of US Board Of Admiralty statutory rulings regarding maritime law and salvage-

as well as aiding and abeting by obstruction of justice in numerous counts of attempted murder-as well as attempted murder by poisoning-arson-and aggravated assault-

mass destruction of privately maintained water ways-

grand theft auto-

real estate fraud and piracy-

extortion and fraud-

and other matters-

Since none of the defendants have made any attempt to compensate me for their crimes -

the main problem is to try to collect my money without being beaten to death in the process-

another thing to think about-as the inventor of the internet-I am legally entitled to a percentage of certain sales activities conducted thru online transactions-as well as software sales and internet service provider service fees-if this comes about and I am legally recognized as the original inventor of the internet-think about all of the postage stamps alone that are sold online every day-and if i charged a commission of only 1/100 of a cent or even 1/1000 of a cent per stamp or service sold online-can anyone out there calculate what my inventors commission percentage total would be only per day??!! That would also mean that I am entitled to back royalty payments from the date that the US Postal service as well as from international postal services around the world started selling posatge stamps online!! Care to calculate that??

I can also add that back when Paramount Studios soldout to BBC-as far as I heard anyway-that they have violated Federal level mechanics liens statutes-which requires that all mechanic liens be paid in full before any property can be sold-currently Paramount Studios owes DavidJWard more than 2billion USDollars for damages and lost profit as well as mental anguish caused by the lack of responsibility of the Paramount Administration of that time-these persons proved that they were out to totally rip off the movie industry and everyone connected to it for everything that everyone was worth without a shadow of a doubt--and causing tremendous amounts of suffering and damages in the process-they knew that I was telling the truth and totally ignored me-

As an addendum-every time you see a water jetski glide by-you are looking at a prime example of stolen technology at work-with the true inventor being left absolutely destitute-you would think that with all of the money these people have made-that they would at least offer me a design royalty contract salary!! These people know beyond any reasonable shadow of a doubt that I am telling the truth and that I am the true original creator of the design work and the owner of the registered copyrights-but they have made no attempt to rectify the matter in any way-do you think that I feel any sympathy or compassion for THEM?
